Location: Riyadh, KSA

Job Description: NOMD is looking for a creative and highly motivated Pre-sales Engineer with an entrepreneurial spirit, technical ability to articulate the NOMD value proposition, and strong business acumen to qualify opportunities and help close new business for NOMD's M2M platform solution.

The Pre-Sales Engineer is a key member of the sales team providing customers and sales representatives with in-depth product knowledge during pre-sales engagements. The SE will articulate the NOMD value proposition to the customer, prepare and present demonstrations, assess technical requirements and
the business process environment of prospects, prepare solution proposals, respond to RFXs, and ultimately overcome all technical objections to close new business.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead pre-sales engagements to the Enterprise customers working with the sales team to identify and develop new opportunities
  • Technical qualification of new business
  • Communicate value proposition to customers
  • Design and articulate complete technical solutions to meet customer requirements
  • Take ownership of technical issues and activities and drive to completion
  • Develop strong technical relationships within the various customer teams acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Contribute to the development of training and educational programs for clients
  • Manage responses to RFXs
  • Work with internal Product Development teams and Marketing teams to develop value propositions, sales
    presentations, marketing plans, and competitive positioning.

 

Desired Skills and Experience

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7+ years of technical experience including at least 3 years in a pre-sales role
  • Experience with mobile networks, any of GSM/CDMA/UMTS/LTE
  • Experience selling to Mobile Network Operators
  • Good knowledge of IP networks
  • Knowledge of Cloud computing
  • Must be able to grasp complex technical information, interpret, and articulate to audiences of varying technical
    levels
  • Experience presenting to and interacting with customers at all levels - engineering to C level
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Technical 4 year degree
