ITIL v3 certification levels are:Foundation,Intermediate,ExpertandMaster.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND & PREREQUISITES
ITIL Foundations is suitable for anyone working in IT services requiring more information about the ITIL best practice framework.

There are no mandatory prerequisites. Work experience in IT services is recommended.

2 COBIT
COBITis a framework created by ISACA for information technology (IT) management and IT Governance.

It is a supporting toolset that allows managers to bridge the gap between control requirements, technical issues and business risks.

3 Prince2
PRojects IN Controlled Environments 2 (PRINCE2) is a structured project management method endorsed by the UK government as the project management standard for public projects.

4 ISO/IEC 20000
ISO/IEC 20000 is the first worldwide international standard (ISO) specifically aimed at IT Service Management (ITSM). It describes an integrated set of management processes for the effective delivery of services to the business and its customers.

There are two different types of ISO 20000 certifications - Organizational and Personal.
